I’m so bad at keeping track of things like this. (I swear I’ll try to keep track in the future!) I would’ve liked to have posted this when the month began (September 15th-October 15th) but it’s better late than never right? because there’s still 6 days left before it ends.
I wanted to make sure I’m publicizing and recommending Latinx books, etc. as much as I can here and there’s some Latinx books I absolutely ADORE, so I had to post a personalized list of books I’d recommend everyone to read. I’ve tried to include as many books as I could recall at the time of writing this post in it but I’m guaranteed to have missed some!! I always do. But I hope you like this post and continue to read diversely! Also, there’s books here that aren’t necessarily Latinx but the fantastic authors who wrote them are.

Mariana Zapata is an absolutely fantastic author of Latinx descent. I haven’t managed to get through all her books and she has more books, not just the 6 below, but I love the ones I’ve read so far. Her books have different tropes, meaningful love stories and the writing is amazing too. Her books are definitely something to add to your TBR.
